Wedding Consultations – R450 per hour (Service Charge Only)

So you have all your ideas, Pinterest images and wedding day dreams but you just need some guidance on the planning front. We offer a Consulting Package just for this to couples at a rate of R450 per hour.

Wedding Décor Styling – R9000 (Service Charge Only)

  • For Weddings up to 100 guests
  • Styling consultations with the Bridal Couple
  • Décor hire proposal for couple including their required items with costing
  • Mock appointment at Décor Hire Company
  • Furniture Layout of Ceremony & Reception
  • Full set up and breakdown of décor only (Flower setup not included. Visit our floral design page for packages)
  • N.B. PACKAGE EXCLUDES DECOR HIRE, FLORAL DESIGN, FLOWERS, TRAVEL FEE’S & STAFF HIRE

On The Day Wedding Planner Package – R10,000 (Service Charge Only)

  • Meetings with the bridal couple inclusive of a briefing, venue visit & meeting with the venue manager / chef
  • Wedding vendor liaising on behalf of the bridal couple 1 month prior to date
  • On The  Day Wedding Itinerary & Furniture Plan of ceremony and reception
  • Ceremony rehearsal with bridal party & minister(optional) in wedding week or the day before the wedding at the venue
  • Overseeing the full setup of Ceremony and Reception. Should you require setup of décor & flowers please note this will be costed outside of this package price.
  • We will be there for you the entire day making sure your day runs smoothly & is everything you ever dreamed of.

Full Wedding Planner Package – R18,000 (Service Charge Only)

  • Venue sourcing and site visits should the couple not already have a venue upon booking
  • Meeting with venue manager and chef to discuss food and beverage requirements
  • Wedding Décor Design & Styling including a mock décor appointment at a décor hire company
  • Sourcing bridal party attire and accessories for couple
  • Managing wedding suppliers, payments and sourcing wedding suppliers the couple requires
  • Ensuring all deposits are paid are refunded post wedding
  • Keeping the couple on track month to month with payments and all the wedding TO DO’S
  • Providing a ceremony & reception furniture plan inclusive of guest seating arrangements
  • Keeping the venue informed and updated throughout the planning process should there be any developments during the planning process
  • Full wedding day itinerary and a ceremony rehearsal with the couple, bridal party & minister(optional) at the venue in wedding week or the day before the wedding
  • Ensuring the venue & all suppliers receive a delivery schedule and copies of the wedding itinerary
  • Full setup and breakdown of ceremony & reception. We are with you for the whole day until 22:00 where we hand over to management for the remainder of the evening. Any special requests later than 22:00 will be briefed to the venue.
